Flavour:
A classic favourite grown in the Andes mountains. Its rich full flavour is full of body and depth. There is a slight nutty character and a perfect sweetness in the aftertaste.

Roasting tips:
Roast to just before the second crack with a lighter roast.  A darker roast may have somewhat of a bitter taste with a overlay on the fruit element.  The roast might initially seem bright, but as the cup cools, it takes on darker character. Keep the roast lighter, perhaps venturing to Full City as you go.
